Karmella Haynes:Hi Edward. I've been looking over the pages and I'm making text edits where needed. Thanks.
Edward B. Adams:I added additonal information. I placed some plantations in alpha order. I tried to place my name Edward B Adams as a link at the bottom of the Bennett Plantation. It did not work. I want to add information on several plantations that were owned by families in the old Natchez District. Levin Rothrock Marshall's family is among those related by blood, marriage, and other associations. These families are related to the slaveholders of my ancestors. Some of the plantations are listed with no information.
Karmella Haynes:Thanks for adding these notifications, Andy. Some of the original plantation lists for each county were based on lists I found on other genealogy sites, just to provide a starting place for plantation research. There could be more than one "Oakley Plantation" in that county, but having one for now is fine.
